Brooke Dell has been practicing yoga for over 7 years now. Her yoga journey began after a major spinal infusion surgery as an outlet to graciously work back towards flexibility and take time out of her day for meditating on the Word. She became a Christ-Centered Yoga Instructor in 2018. Brooke and her husband, Nick, launched Inspired Yoga out of the worldwide pandemic in an effort to bring others an opportunity for physical, mental, and spiritual growth in their homes. They have absolutely loved the adventure of leading this ministry and look forward to all that God will do through it. Brooke loves teaching a variety of yoga classes from gentle Restorative to upbeat Power Yoga classes, and she believes that anyone can benefit from the practice of yoga. Sara Torbett has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years now. She founded Yoga Life Studio in 2003 and developed a Teacher Training program to help her students share their passion for yoga. When Sara and her husband’s son, Gage, was given the diagnosis of Autism, Sara decided to close her studio and dedicate all of her time and energy to her son. This was a monumental task and one that left her totally exhausted and discouraged. After 6 years of trying every therapy and diet they could find to help Gage, Sara made the decision to give it to God and trust Him to heal Gage. Since that decision, Sara has seen steady progress in her son. Sara told God 3 years ago she wanted to find a way to teach Christ centered yoga and felt lead to teach online. God beautifully connected her to Inspired Yoga’s Founder, Brooke, and she now enjoys creating faith based yoga classes through the website. Sara believes that it is always God’s will for His children to live in complete wholeness. As we learn to abide in Him and trust in His promises, we can see the impossible become possible through Jesus. Sara and her family are standing on Jeremiah 30:17 “For I will restore health to you and heal your wounds says the Lord."
